It really takes a messy mind to a clearer place where you can focus and get things done.

Remember to say no to things that don’t fit, aren’t supporting you, or are just TOO MUCH today. I mean, you need to go to your doctor’s appointments and therapy sessions, you need to make sure your kids are taken care of, and that you stay healthy, safe, and providing for yourself. But beyond that, requests that drain your time and energy deserve some serious consideration. If you can manage your energy, you’re well on your way to decluttering your mind. Remember, it's okay to set boundaries and prioritize your own well-being. By saying no to things that don't align with your goals or values, you create mental space for the things that truly matter.
How to Regain Focus
